Who is this workshop for?
Routine changes, traveling to new places, lots of free time, and relatives who donโt get your kid (or your parenting decisions)โฆHoliday time is one of the most stressful for parents raising neurodivergent kids.

Teaching your child how to manage free time on all those stay-home days
Preparing your child to travel including tips for sleep, meals, & activities
What to say to relatives who just donโt get your kid (or the fact that they will only be eating mac & cheese and you will be leaving early)

What qualifies me to teach this workshop?
As a child psychologist, former school psychologist, and parent, Iโve spent the last two decades working with neurodivergent children and teens alongside their families and teachers.
Our kids are complex. What works for one child may or may not work for another. Our families are complex. There is so much information out there, but you are ultimately the decision-makers of the next best step in your childโs journey. I want to help you to feel more capable and experience more joy on this parenting journey.
If youโre ready to learn how to reduce the stress in your home, help others understand your kid, and find more joy, you are in the right place.ย ย
Letโs do this together,
