[REPLAY] Summer, Siblings & Screens June Workshop REPLAY
Thanks to all who joined LIVE for yesterday’s monthly parent workshop. I loved answering all of your questions and talking through some strategies for summer scheduling, healthy sibling relationships, and screen boundaries.
In this workshop we covered:
Ways to foster your child’s motivation and interests this summer away from the stress of school
When and how to schedule separate sibling activities and when to work on collaborative play and teamwork at home
Helping siblings understand each other’s differences, especially when there are different expectations for one sibling due to a skill weakness
Teaching siblings to repair conflict without the empty “I’m sorry”
Understanding all the different types of screen use, when screens can be used effectively for downtime, and strategies for setting up boundaries around screens
Already know you want to join for July’s parent workshop? We will be talking about Psycho-educational Evaluations! Registration is open at the link.
